  • No! SIREN TILE is delivered in easy-to-install film-fronted sheets, each of which is a ‘unit’ of the design or pattern you’ve chosen. We include installation recommendations with each order and are available to answer questions should you have them.

  • An emphatic yes! The patterns and colors we show on our website are but a fraction of the possibilities. We’re happy to talk to you about your ideas and will do our best to accommodate.

  • Yes, but this only works for some of our designs. For those designs which employ a more elaborate geometry, removing a row or two can ruin the design’s appeal. If you’re not sure if the design you’re choosing can be modified, get in touch and we can discuss.

  • Yes! We offer overall field patterns which coordinate with the border you’ve chosen. Let us know which border you’ve chosen and we can show you some patterns which will coordinate beautifully.

  • Yes! Glass mosaic tile is perfect for backsplashes and baths, showers, etc. If you’re looking for kitchen or bath tile, get in touch and we can discuss your project.

  • We encourage the purchase of samples to verify your choice. We charge $12/sample to help cover our costs. All sample fees up to 3 samples will be refunded if your order total is over $1800, up to 5 samples if over $3000.

  • We accept cash, checks, or wired funds. We’ll provide all information necessary to make payment after your order is written up.

  • Orders may be cancelled without penalty if order has not yet entered production phase. Production phase commences when materials for your order have been procured. If customer wishes to cancel order after production phase has begun but before order is shipped, we can offer a 40% refund.

  • We accept returns but customer is responsible for return shipping costs and organization and will be charged a 65% return fee (35% of original payment, not including shipping, will be refunded), contingent on material arriving in original condition. If material is damaged, no refund will be given.

  • We have an installation doc which we send out with your order. If you’d like to see it before you order, let us know and we can share.

  • No, unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping.
